Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return eligibility and item condition

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • New, unused, and uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • Returned with all parts, hardware, manuals, and included accessories

Items that show signs of use, installation, damage, or missing components may be refused or may receive a reduced refund.

How to start a return

To request a return, email info@utv-tracks.com or call +1 801-477-7149 with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you are returning

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required for damaged or defective items)

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address. Do not send items back without approval.

Return method and return shipping

  • Return method: Mail or freight (depending on the item).

  • Return shipping cost: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any freight charges.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • Items shipped by freight must be properly packaged and secured (for example, on a pallet if required).

Restocking fee

Approved returns for non-defective items are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee based on the product price.

The restocking fee may be waived if the return is due to:

  • A verified defect

  • The wrong item shipped by us

Order cancellations

  • If you cancel an order before it ships, a 5 percent credit card cancellation fee applies.

  • If an order has already shipped, it must be handled as a return under this policy (restocking fees may apply).

Original shipping costs

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

After review, we will offer the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, exchange, or refund.

Lost shipments

If tracking shows a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. If the carrier confirms loss, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the outcome of the claim.

Refund processing time

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within (5–10) business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
